I found a hole bunch of cheap and wild mussels. Which is rare where I live, belive me.
The tastiest mussels I’ve always eaten on my travels. Especially those that are cooked in small carts, type hot dogs carts out of nowhere type. Middle of the night so the food one could find, then, was those little carts that sold the most amazing clams imaginable.
Imagen in the desert, dark night, just with the stars….

I love mussels cooked this way, the warmth of the moroccan spices works so well – this looks absolutely delicious!
