Smoked salmon on the stove – really easy and tasty

Smoking food has been a way to keep the food longer without it getting destroyed in hundreds of years. Today, we do it because it tastes so good and makes the food not as sensitive when it’s hot outside.
Previously it was a problem for us who live in the apartment. This has caught the attention of producers, and today there are small smoker that makes it possible to smoke food indoors in an apartment.
Such, I had wished for a long time and finally I got a smoke. A little coward I was, so it has been sitting a while longer before I started using it. And now it warm.
I have since I was little smoked fish. And it really is summer food for me. Summer food just because it could not smoke indoors.
Smoked salmon on the stove
500 g of salmon fillets
1 tbsp salt flakes
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
3 tablespoons chopped Gröslök
3 tablespoons chopped dill
10 dried juniper
smoking chips
Rub the salmon with spices and let it get to stand in a cool place for 4-6 hours.
Turn chips and place in juniper and prepare rökpannan as directed. I chose juniper because it gives such a good taste. Put the fish in the pan.
Turn on pretty hot pan, about 7 and when it starts Sipra smoke from the pan, turn down to 3. Allow it to stand for about 25 minutes
