Swedish pancakes, is there anything better? No I do not think so. Crispy edges that tastes like a dream.
There is a trick how to do to get them delicious. You simply make the batter the day before. To get it to stand overnight to swell in the fridge.
Swedish pancakes with a twist
3 eggs
275 ml flour
500ml milk
a pinch of salt
(1 teaspoon vanilla options 0.5 finely grated tonka bean)
butter
Beat all until smooth. Let stand overnight in a cool place, such as the refrigerator. Whisk thoroughly before you start frying the pancakes.
Heat the frying pan and then in a bit of butter. When the butter Farr color, knock down the batter in the pan. Just a little bit, and then turn the pan around so the batter covers the bottom of the boiler. Then turn when browned one side. And fry the other side. Repeat until all the batter is out.
The fryingpan you can find here Lyckas med mat
