The juice is of course good all the year. Especially hot hot summer days when you can not manage to eat much.
Avocado juice with dates
2 peeled avocados
2 tablespoons sugar
400 ml of cold milk
dates
Mix everything except the dates. Look up in the glass and kept cold until ready to drink. Add up the dates and serve the juice. Enjoy!

Ha ha! It’s been the same here 😦 last night we had thunder and lightening and a storm and again this morning (which I was out walking Bob in!!!) so it’s cleared a bit but the heat is building up again x

Here we just have had rain for one night in over 3 weeks. And today looks like a other sunny hot wonderful day 🙂 Poor Bob what does he think of the thunder and the lightening? xxx

He’s fine actually, as long as he’s with me/us he’s fine with loud noises 🙂 doesn’t like getting rained on very much though!! He’ll jump in the river quite happily though!
