Chocolate mud cake with avocado – the best one

Yes you read right, Chocolate cake with avocado. It may sound very uddamen taste terrific. The cake is very smooth and creamy even though you do not use a lot of butter in it at all.
Also gives a tribute to the guy in my wonderful grocery store that caters vegetables and fruit. Many would probably have gone crazy at all strange I want to reach, but not him! He is probably a little crazy as I am. But if you are not exploring things, how are we to learn new things? He has just brought home lots of avocado at super low price. We spoke yesterday and he does not like avocado except to the classic guacomole and the like. So I dedicate a little of this cake to him and show that it can be used for so much more than to dip.
This chocolate cake with avocado just need to test. Quick to make, easy and cheap but tastes as if you’ve spent lots of time and money on it.
Chocolate mud cake with avocado
2 eggs
100g melted butter
100ml sugar
100 ml flour
1 peeled avocado (preferably very soft)
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 pinch of salt
Mix everything in a bowl I never mashed avocados for it was so soft already, but took the hand mixer. Pour into a greased floured form 200c for 25 minutes.
