These cakes are simply amazing! All the flavors makes you feel magic..
Here I have used frozen lingonberry.
Apple and cranberry cookies with cinnamon
100g soft butter
200 ml sugar
300 ml applesauce
400 ml plain flour
2 tsp cinnamon
0.5 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
200 ml of lingonberry
Stir all ingredients together except the lingonberries. They are added at the end gently. Set in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Then roll the balls and place on a baking sheet with baking paper. Bake 13-15 minutes at 200c.
