Carrot and coconut cookies

Everyone has probably eaten carrot cake but how many have eaten cookies with carrots? Try these for you to get to do them again very soon. Now it is additionally the carrots very fine and cheap.
Carrot and coconut cookies
175g soft butter
150 ml sugar
250 ml grated carrots
100ml coconut
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
500 ml flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Stir sugar and butter together. Add the remaining ingredients.
Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet.
Bake 175 C for about 12 minutes.
