Raz el Hanout soup

Now that autumn and the cold comes, it´s for sure cozy with a good, warm, flavorful soup? Here comes one of my favorite soups. A good warming soup that is kind to both the wallet and the waistline, but rich on flavorus
Raz electricity Hanout soup
200 m of red lentils
0.5 grated garlic clove
1 chopped yellow onion
2 tsp Raz el hanout
0.5 tsp ginger
1 teaspoon cumin
1 vegetable stock
3 tablespoons parsley
1 pinch saffron
0,5 chopped chili, oil
Fry the onion in the oil soft and add the spices. Fry a small briefly with the onion.
Add the remaining ingredients and let it get boil. Let simmer, covered, for about 20 minutes.
Take a hand blender and run the soup smooth.
Heat on the back.
Serve with brown bread and tomato confit.
