Cabbage rolls (dolmas) with rice and lentils

Among the best dishes I know is Cabbage rolls. Could eat it 7 days a week, with no problems! They are yummy cold too. Perfect food to take in from the fridge if you’re hungry for reaching small. hihi
These Cabbage rolls are among the tastiest I have eaten.

Cabbage rolls with rice and lentils

1 head of red cabbage
1 teaspoon salt

350 grams of minced beef
150 ml of boiled, cold long-grain rice, cooked in broth
150 ml of boiled, cold red lentils
1 teaspoon soy sauce
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 pinches of pepper Sawarak
0.5 chopped chilli
2 tsp salt

2 tablespoons butter
Boil a lot of water and salt, a teaspoon per liter. Cut around kålhuvudets root so that the leaves can get loose. Boil cabbage with root upwards. Loosen and remove the leaves by hand as they soften. Add the leaves to run off.
Mix the cooked rice and lentils with ground beef, chili, soya, parsley, salt and pepper. Add a heaping tablespoon of the rather loose mince in a cabbage leaf, fold in sides and roll up into a bundle. Repeat with the next sheet and continue until you have gotten together the desired number.
Now it’s time to fry. Heat some fat in a pan. Add in some dolmar when fat starts to become brown, they should lie with the seam down in the beginning. Steak dolmarna neat golden brown around. Place them in a saucepan or pot with lid. Stir the sky in the pan with a little water and pour this over dolmarna. After Fry in pan on low heat for half an hour. This once I serve with chili saus.
