Moving to Paradise

Since I just moved to a new country with lots of good food and exciting people. So I thought to share with you what is happening here, both in the food and baking the front.
One thing is for sure, this is one of the world’s best countries when it comes to food and raw materials! Things that had previously only been possible to get frozen or picked immature and ripen during transport. = No taste at all, now this! Sometimes I think that I have come to paradise on earth.

Basket picked me the other day. But not from my garden but the dream of getting to do that with a beautiful day.

Spanish veg is just beautiful. The fist sized garlic compared to the limp lumps we have here in the UK, those tomatoes. I wish I spoke more than Un poco of Spanish, I’d move in a heartbeat.
