Müsli

You might find this müsli recipe a bit strange with both oil and apple juice. Well the oil makes it more crispy. And who doesn’t love cinnamon and apple taste? No added sugar at all and I’m using gluten-free oats.

I keep the müsli in a zip plastic bag in the freezer. Why you might ask… I absolutely love serving it with the milk ice cold in the morning or when ever I choose to eat it.

80g slices dried coconuts

200g hazelnuts

50g walnuts

100g dried cherries

100g dried strawberries

100ml apple juice

500g oat

200g seeds (flaxseed, sesame, poppy seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds)

2 tbls sunflower oil

2 teaspoon cinnamon

Start to add cinnamon, oil and apple juice and mix it together. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. And put it on a big baking tray. Put it in the oven 210c for about 20 minuets. Don’t forget to stir it every 5 minuets.img_7372

In a way yes and no. It’s not bars but like granola but much more tasty and lot less sugar and fat.
