A recipebook from beautiful Andalucía , Spain

The amazing village of Ronda.

I thought I should put together a little recipe “book” of some of the Spanish recipes I done through the years since I moved here. Scroll and you will find fantastic authentic recipes.

The view of Casares village. One of my favourite restaurants are located here.

It’s a fantastic place to live in if you love to cook. Lot’s of fresh ingredients and local products. And of course the wine is great and not pricey at all.

Lovely beaches
