I thought I should put together a little recipe “book” of some of the Spanish recipes I done through the years since I moved here. Scroll and you will find fantastic authentic recipes.

It’s a fantastic place to live in if you love to cook. Lot’s of fresh ingredients and local products. And of course the wine is great and not pricey at all.
