Just been out in the garden picking in this lovely sunny happy Meyer lemon. The tree was littered cover of them. It’s a very small tree, about 1,5m high. Growing about 15 m from the house. Talking about local produce.

Picked in two large pans of them. Left quite many on the three to rape a bit more.
So my question to you all, please give my ideas what to do with them all?

Meyer lemons is smaller and a bit sweeter then regular lemons.
Wow! What a blessing! If they were mine, I’d make… lemon curd, and lots of candied peel because they keep.

I make lemon syrup which can be stored and used over time. Another thing to do… I blend the whole fruit, skin and fruit and freeze in ice cube trays. Once they are frozen you can transfer them to containers and use as you need in smoothies, juices, sauce, stews etc. 🍋🍋🍋
