This dish is served in almost any place that serves drinks as a tapas. Always served with Bread to be able to get up the lovely tomato sauce. A glas of wine or a beer with it and you have a tasty lunch or dinner.

Mix the meat with the egg and spices. Heat up a frying pan and add some olive oil. Make small balls and fry them through in olive oil. Pick up the meatballs from the frying pan and put aside.
Fry the onion with olive oil in the frying pan. Fry it without it take colour. Add the rest of the ingredients and let it simmer 5-10 minutes.
Add the meatballs and heat them up in the sauce.

Serve as a tapas with bread, like this fantastic Easy baked bread Goes well also as a main dish with bread, and pasta or mash potatoes
