Saturday morning, time for some baking and cooking. Yes you did read right, I’m baking bread in a frying bag. Yes it’s plastic that is not melting in the oven. 👍
- 400 ml lukewarm water
- 10 g yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 60 ml olive oil
- 1,5 teaspoon salt
- 650 g flour (about 10,5 dl)
Start to crumble the yeast.
Add the sugar and water.
Stirring until the yeast is absorbed with the water.
Add the rest of the ingredients and work it until it becomes a smooth dough.
Let it rest for 60 minutes
Work the dough again
Rest again for 30 minutes
Flour the worktop and put the dough there. Use a rolling pin and make a square of the dough.
Brush the dough with olive oil. Roll the dough together.
Put the dough in a baking tray that fits into a frying bag.
Bake it at 180c for 45 minutes.
