This is one of the best casseroles I have eaten. Happy that Bryan wanted to share the recipe with us.
Bryan’s sausage casserole
- 8 sausages medium size
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 1 can of chopped tomatoes
- 0,5 bottle of red wine
- Salt and pepper
Fry the sausages so the take some colour. Remove the from the frying pan.
Put the onion in the same pan until it soften. Add the garlic and fry it a little more.
Add the tomatoes, wine, salt and pepper. Let it all heat it up.
Put the sausages in a ovenproof pan and add the tomatoes sauce.
180c for 45 minutes
Serve with mash cheddar cheese potatoes
