Crispy smoked mackerel – quick and easy

This dish is also a quick one to make. And very healthy as well. Can’t be better right? 👍

Crispy smoked mackerel. Quick and easy, healthy dish. A favourite here at home.


  • 2 smoked mackerel
  • 300g vac- packed beetroots, fine sliced
  • 50g defrosted peas
  • 2 chopped radishes
  • A cup of chopped lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons light cream fraich
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 fine chopped spring onion

Dress the plate with the beetroot’s and the peas.

Mix the créeme fraich and mayonnaise. Add the radishes and lettuces and stir it well.

Heat up a frying pan and add a splash of olive oil. Take the mackerel and slash the skin of the fish. And fry the fish quickly until it’s gold and crispy.

Put the fish on the top of the peas and add the salad at the side. Sprinkle the spring onions over the dish. Ready to eat!
