After many, many years baking this totally amazing chocolate cake with beetroots with you.

It’s a quick easy baked cake. Just stirred all together in a pan. (Great not much to wash up after) In the oven. Done. 👍🏻 With or without topping, it’s amazing no matter how you choose to serve it.

This recipe will give you a great cake that will feed many people. Depends on the tin, but at least 20 people. Will keep very good in the freezer or fridge.

Amazing Chocolate and beetroot cake with heavenly icing – quick and tasty

• 200 g melt dark chocolate
• 200 g melt butter
• 300 ml granted beetroot
• 250 ml chopped walnuts
• 3 eggs
• 350 ml sugar
• 250 ml flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• Icing
• 100 g cream cheese
• 60 g butter
• 2 teaspoon vanilla sugar
• 5 tablespoons cacao
• 400 ml icing sugar

Mix all ingredients to the cake. Use a prepared baking tin, buttered and breaded.

For the icing you just mix it all together. And put it on the cake when it’s become cold.
